Reflectors are available for both 6" and 10" microwave powered irradiators, and we offer both

Miltec RF screens are constructed of a stainless steel mounting frame, metallic wire mesh gaskets and a fine metallic screen.

Quartz Filters (Plates)
|
Quartz plates provide an excellent barrier between the lamp and substrate.
Quartz plates are
used to isolate the lamp's cooling air flow from the substrate for use with nitrogen inerted environments or as physical protective barrier against contaminates.

Hot Mirrors:
Used for heat management. Quartz plates coated with a dichroic coating (called "hot mirrors") can
offer the additional benefit of reduced heat to the substrate. These are constructed of high grade quartz, which is highly transparent in the UV range to minimize UV losses.

Milcure Air Filters
|
These filters are a 2-ply material constructed from 100% synthetic fibers that are chemically bonded together with a moisture resistant, fire retardant
bonding agent.
The filter yields 60-70% efficiency as determined by the National Bureau of Standards discoloration procedures using
atmospheric dust as the test aerosal. Custom sizes available.
