UV Radiometer EIT power map
  • UV Power MAP measures peak power density and total energy density in four spectral regions: UVA, UVB, UVC, and UVV
  • UV MAP Plus measures the peak power density and total energy density for any one channel
  • Collection and storage of up to 1 million data points for accurate UV and temperature mapping in your system
  • Collected data displayed in graphical and tabular forms in the PowerView software package
  • Ultra-fast, user-adjustable sampling rate - up to 2048 samples/second - ensures high resolution even at high speed

UV Power Puck II

UV Radiometer EIT power puck
  • Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks, and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
  • Incorporates four separate spectral response ranges and measures all four simultaneously
  • Display scrolls through UV dosage in Joules/cm2 and peak UV intensity in Watts/cm2 of all four separate UV spectral response ranges
  • Measures UV lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps)
  • Compares the efficiencies of different UV curing systems

Microcure

  • Microprocessor-based, battery-powered miniature UV radiometer
  • Small Size: 1.3"L x 1.0"W x 0.25"T (33.0mm x 25.4mm x 6.4mm)
  • Designed to measure UV dose in web printing, container curing, any tight access UV curing application
  • Fast sample rate - 2000 per second

Uvirad

  • Used in plate exposure or "burning-in" of screens
  • Incorporates one UV spectral response range
  • Displays readout of total UV dosage in milliJoules/cm2
  • Provides convenient way to measure the total UV energy striking a workpiece
  • Identifies "cold" and "hot" spots to enhance even exposure
  • Rounded edges allows placement under the vacuum frame

Spotcure

UV Radiometer EIT  spotcure
  • Monitors the output of a UV "spot curing" system
  • Provides indication of light guide degradation and spot curing system degradation
  • Measures intensities up to 19.99 Watts/cm2
  • Includes several different size light guide adaptors for maximum flexibility

Palm Probe

UV Radiometer EIT palmprobe
  • Measure UV system performance particularly in applications where measurement space is limited or it is difficult to establish.
  • Establish, document and maintain UV process windows.
  • Measures UV irradiance up to 10 Watts/cm2
  • Wide dynamic range (100,000:1) allows multiple uses from production curing (high irradiance) to stray hazard (low irradiance) applications.
