UV Radiometers

Uvicure Plus II & UV Power Puck II
The UV PowerMAP and UV MAP Plus are profiling and temperature measurement systems which travel through a UV system and collect data on peak irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) as well as temperature. The collected information is viewed with PowerView® software in graphic or tabular format and can be archived for historical purposes.  Profiling UV Radiometers allow the user to “see” exactly what is happening at every instant of travel through the UV system. The PowerMAP can collect data on 4 different bandwidths; UV MAP Plus collects data on one standard bandwidth.
MicroCure Miniature UV Radiometer is an extremely small profile radiometer, both in diameter and height. This small size allows it to be placed in tight areas and to work well for small container curing (cans, tubes,  bottles).  MicroCure  gathers peak irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) values which are then displayed on a small stand-alone  DataReader. MicroCure is a disposable unit. After 200 readings or  approximately one year (whichever comes first), replace your MicroCure with a fresh unit.
The UV Power Puck® FLASH is a small portable self-contained, 4-UV bandwidth electro-optic UV Radiometer is used to measure the energy of pulsed or flash lamp UV curing systems in the 100-120 pulse per second range.
The UV Radiometers that first set the standard for the industrial UV curing industry, contain the same functions and features as the standard Puck II Instruments. The new Profiler function allows the transfer of the numerical (irradiance, energy density) values and the irradiance profile to your computer via a USB port for analysis with the new PowerView Software ® II Program.
The PALM Probe is a probe-type, wide dynamic ranged instrument measures peak irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) in UV curing systems where measurement space is limited or readings can be difficult to obtain with other types of radiometers. To accurately compare readings on a day-to-day basis, use with a PALM Probe Locator Kit - a machine mounted accessory that allows insertion at the exact same position under the lamp every time.
3DCure is a unique system for measuring the energy density (J/cm²) and peak irradiance (W/cm²) accurately on large and/or multi-dimensional objects. Up to 32 sensors in any combination of UV bandwidths can be daisy-chained together and placed on every exposure surface in order to feed information back from up to 32 varied measurement points.  Data is transferred to your PC via Cure_3D® software. Information can then be exported to a spreadsheet to allow analysis
The EIT SpotCure UV Intensity Meter is an easy portable effective method of quantifying UV output. It is a self-contained, electro-optic instrument designed to measure and display the intensity emitted by a UV curing system. Degradation of UV lamps, light guides, and reflectors can cause decreases in intensity and create curing problems. The EIT SpotCure UV Intensity Meter is designed to provide the operator with instant feedback as to the performance of the spot curing system
Power Puck II    and Uvicure Plus II UV Radiometers are used in uv spot curing  applications of inks, uv adhesives, soldermasks and epoxies (not for use in web press applications). They incorporate 4 separate spectral response ranges, and measure all 4 simultaneously. These UV Radiometers measure the UV output of lamps used for curing inks, coatings and adhesives (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps). . With user selectable sample rates, these reliable instruments can be used for fast conveyor lines or slower lines.
