This sophisticated inerted UV Curing System, utilises a special 172nm excimer lamp and was designed for enhancing surface properties of special polymers in the electronics industry.
In this particular case, a client required a slow-moving process, in a controlled nitrogen atmosphere, with the means of adjusting the height of the excimer lamp above a surface to be treated. This was an R&D device and the process had never been done before. The system was a great success.
